Question: I pressed the button and It's not playing?
Answer: This happens more often then you'd think, but you need to turn the switch on for the button to work. This is located at the flat back edge of the platform.
Question: I have the switch on and it's not working
Answer: This is a bit odd, but you also can't have it plugged in when you press the button.
