We have observed that our gel wax melts sometimes appear to be underfilled when shipped. However, this is not accurate. Each 6-cavity clamshell contains 2.5 to 3 ounces of wax. The appearance is influenced by the positioning of the box during transit, causing the gel to shift in response to gravity. Rest assured, there is nothing wrong with the wax melts; this is simply a result of temperature fluctuations and gravitational effects. We ensure that each clamshell is filled to the maximum capacity so that you receive a complete wax melt.
